We Position Cameras Strategically
Often cameras in most organizations are focused directly in front and around the building. However, we ensure placement of cameras includes areas where a shooter may use cover to emerge.
Total Security Officers (TSOs)
We use Remote Monitors, to continually watch vulnerable areas, and train our TSOs to communicate with the Remote monitors to ensure we provide unprecedented Detection and Response Physical Security Capabilities.
Incident Command Protocols
One of the biggest tragedies that can happen during an Active Shooter situation is that there is no immediate chain of command to enact life-saving protocols and notifications. Malwork does a deep dive Threat Assessment and helps organizations devise protocols that connect to authorities when it matters most.
Footage Audits & INTEL Analysis
Twice weekly footage is audited and analyzed by an S3 GSG Surveillance Analyst providing a deeper layer of scrutiny of Persons of Interest/Vehicles of Interest and footage can be saved and archived for ongoing Insider Threat Investigations. Our AI analytics backed by human analysis provides us the ability to analyze and see threats before they happen.
Quarterly Drills and Education
S3 GSG believes that the burden of protection and survival should remain with the company or organization. Thus we put 90% of our effort into Physical Security Response and Mitigation. However, the staff and occupants have to be trained to work with S3 GSG Security Protocols and Personnel in place and Malwork will run Practice Drills and Educate staff and students (if applicable) on a quarterly basis.
