We Provide On-site TSOs
We know that public venues are challenging to maintain effective security, therefore we use proprietary strategies and a combination of TSOs and Video Surveillance to get the job done. Our Security Officers work either internally in plain clothes or in uniform stationed in nearby vehicles and strategically positioned in other areas to be watchful but not intrusive to the attending public.
We Analyze Video Footage
Standard to our TSO Layered security plans is our review and analysis of video footage and cloud storage of video footage and clips for time periods of 30, 90, and 180 days. This provides the ability for Store managers or Loss Prevention to find clips and footage highlighted and analyzed by our Surveillance Analyst and use this data in a court of law for prosecution purposes.
Law Enforcement Liaison
One of the most important aspects of our service is Law enforcement liaison. Our dedicated surveillance analysts and account managers spend a lot of time connecting with local law enforcement on behalf of the client and find opportunities for our customers to build better rapport with law enforcement to improve relationships and inevitably respond to criminal activity.
